Best instrumental song?

Whether it be a classical piece (Mozart's Requiem!) or an instrumental of a song with lyrics, something done by an instrumental group, junk music, etc. . .
My no. 1 choice would have to be the instrumental version of "amaranth" by Nightwish. Opinions?
